Terms & Conditions
Version 1.1 · Last updated Sept. 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or logging into the Stream Rise application, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the application. Your account was created or authorized by the lodge you work for; use of the app is conditioned on that employment or collaboration relationship remaining active.
2. Description of the Service
Stream Rise is an operations management platform for lodges. The mobile app is intended for the lodge's operational staff (guides, staff, kitchen, maintenance) to coordinate guest service, log observations, manage activity photos, check operational information, and locate fishing access points on a map. The app is not intended for the general public or for the lodge's guests.
3. User Accounts
Each account is personal and non-transferable, and is created or authorized by the contracting lodge's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering or editing your profile. The contracting lodge may request deactivation of your account if your employment relationship ends.
4. Administrator Profile and Supervision
Lodges may assign administrator accounts with access to the operational views of guides, staff, kitchen, and maintenance, for supervision, support, and data-correction purposes. Use of this feature is the responsibility of the contracting lodge. Actions performed by an administrator on behalf of another user are recorded under that user's identity for operational purposes, and an internal audit log identifying the administrator who performed them is also kept for traceability and internal control.
5. Acceptable Use
The application must be used exclusively for operational purposes related to the lodge's activity. It is prohibited to: (a) use the app for purposes unrelated to your assigned role, (b) access or attempt to access data from other lodges or users without authorization, (c) upload offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights, (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or make unauthorized automated use of the API, (e) use the location feature or the fishing access map for purposes unrelated to the lodge's operational coordination.
6. User-Generated Content
Photos and observations you upload through the app (for example, activity photos or maintenance notes) are associated with the lodge you work for and are used to operate the service (for example, sharing them with the guest or keeping an internal record). The contracting lodge is the operational owner of that content; Stream Rise stores and processes it on the lodge's behalf as the platform provider.
7. Relationship with the Lodge's Subscription
Access to the application depends on the lodge you work for maintaining an active subscription to the Stream Rise service. The application is free to download and no charge is made to end users (guides, staff, kitchen, maintenance) inside the app. Contracting and paying for the subscription is the exclusive responsibility of the lodge, under a commercial agreement independent of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The application, its design, the "Stream Rise" brand, and its source code are the property of its developer/provider. No ownership right over the application is granted to you merely by using it.
9. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available inside the app under Settings → Legal, and publicly on the web.
10. Account Deletion
You may request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once confirmed.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Stream Rise application does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and is not liable for operational decisions made solely on the basis of information recorded in the app.
12. Termination
Your access may be suspended or terminated if the contracting lodge requests it, if your employment relationship with the lodge ends, or if you breach these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you of relevant changes by updating the "last updated" date shown in this section inside the app.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Chile.
